Return Policy


Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

This return policy is not applicable to your purchase if you purchased on Lines and Grace store in Zazzle. Please see Zazzle's return policy here.


To be eligible for a return, your item must satisfy all conditions below.
  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging

Unfortunately, we cannot refund delivery failure due to wrong address or due to buyer's remorse.

If your product is eligible for a return, you can choose to refund or replace it.
We will need the following to judge whether we can refund or replace it

  • Order number
  • Description of damage
  • Request to refund or request to replace
  • Returned product

    Please send us the information first before returning your purchase to avoid unnecessary shipping costs. In some cases, the product may not need to be returned so please email us the information first before shipping the item back.


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Unclaimed items

    Unclaimed returned shipments will not be refunded. For reshipment, please contact us via Contact page (set Topic field to "Unclaimed Items") immediately. We cannot guarantee the reshipment if your request is sent to us 10 days after initial delivery. You will be liable for reshipment cost.


    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
