Why is my address and other info required for a digital download?

To verify that your purchase or free download is valid and to prevent bots from spamming, your billing address will be asked at check out.

Unfortunately, at this point I do not have the option to remove collection of these info during check out.

How do I stop entering my info each time I place an order?

In the Check Out page Remember Me section, check the Save my information for a faster checkout. You will not be asked again on your next order.

How do I erase my personal data?

If you have previously placed an order and have provided your personal data such as name or address, please request deletion of personal data by emailing to help@linesandgrace.com

Can I return a digital download purchase?

Due to the digital nature of the product, there are no returns or refunds for digital download products.

Can I use multiple discount codes at check out?

Only one discount code can be used per order. Please enter your discount code at the Check Out page. Clicking the Check Out button above will take you to there.
